We booked snowshoeing for a team build and Gemma was our guide. She was so knowledgeable and entertaining for the whole tour. We truly had an amazing team build that was full of laughter and a great adventure. We left more knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife around. I would highly suggest booking through Kananaskis Outfitters and will 100% book with them again. Make sure you request Gemma, she was truly the best.

Had an awesome experience renting xc skis! They were very accommodating and I felt like it was reasonably priced. The equipment wasn’t the highest quality but for rentals it was great.

Where do I begin, from the moment we walked in the front door to the moment we left, Michelle and her staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. She showed us so much while snow shoeing through the forest. Got to learn so much about the history of the area. Towards the end she took us to a magnificent viewing area where photos could never do it justice. We stood around taking in the beauty while have cookies and hot chocolate that Michelle had prepared for us. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Rented a couple of Fat Bikes and went winter biking. The team there were excellent and ensured we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable 3 hours. Nice ride up to Troll Falls.

Michelle, our tour guide and owner was great! She took us on a private star gazing hike. She is very knowledgeable of local flora and fauna in addition to star gazing info! We loved the stop in the alpine meadow while chatting about both the science and folklore of the sky. The hot chocolate was a nice touch! Such a unique and fun experience!

Good quality bike allowing me to bike up all the hills and the bike was very well maintained We are camping at Mount Kidd and will continue to rent from them rather than driving to Canmore

WOW! What an experience! I was a bit hesitant at first, as I hadn’t been on a bike in years, but the E-bike made it effortless and so much fun for all skill levels. The ride was filled with stunning lookouts around every corner—truly breathtaking views. I’d go again in a heartbeat! Had such an amazing experience on the Full Moon Tour! Walking through the snow under the stars was absolutely beautiful, and the whole vibe was so peaceful. It was the perfect way to slow down, take in the mountains, and just enjoy the moment. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and great information.

We rented bikes, which were very good—high quality, clean, with excellent battery life and a smooth ride. However, the place was super busy and not very organized. All the staff were running around, making it hard to find help, likely due to the long weekend. My main concern is that after we returned the bikes, they checked everything outside and said all was good, but they kept my credit card details and mentioned needing to check more bikes. I’m not sure how they handle removing my credit card number, which is a bit concerning because we don’t know if there’s anything else wrong with the bikes, and we could be held responsible. Please share if any of you have heard similar stories.

Even though the stargazing conditions were somewhat at risk, they turned out great!
